Mike and I want to send our sincere thanks for your assistance with the bee hive in our house's siding. I called big name exterminator company and after hearing our story and how we tried to fix it ourselves, the company wouldn't even come out to look because they couldn't guarantee their service. Not only did you volunteer to come check it out, you came out the day we called (knowing we wanted to paint the exterior of our house in a week!). You treated the hive that evening and offered to continue to come out as long as we needed you. Today the only bees at our house are the dead ones we are sweeping and raking up! Thank you for your excellent customer service, pleasant demeanor and offer to "get the job done". That kind of quality is rare these days.
